Account Creation and Enrollment

  • Yes, all participants must create an account with Edge Athletic Company. However, if you're a guest at a party, only a waiver is required.

  • Yes, you can pay onsite with our staff for drop-in sessions or if you decide to enroll in a membership after visiting.

  • No, we are a cashless business and do not accept cash or paper checks. We accept credit cards and ACH transactions.

  • We do not offer refunds on programs or memberships. However, you can receive account credit for future use.

  • Yes, you can manage party requests and facility reservations online. For specific inquiries, please call us at 984-439-0999 or email info@Edgeprograms.com.

Membership and Enrollment

  • Memberships are available and offer discounted pricing on programs, packages, and some rentals. However, non-members can also enroll in any of our programs.

  • No, there are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your membership with a 30-day notice, effective at the end of the following month.

  • Yes, you can suspend your membership for up to three months for a $5.00 monthly fee. After six months, the membership will be canceled unless reactivated.

Safety and Policies

  • Yes, all coaches complete SafeSport certification annually. US Center for SafeSport

  • Some staff members are trained in CPR and the use of a defibrillator for emergencies.

  • Yes, we have first aid supplies for minor injuries. For more serious issues, parents or guardians will be notified promptly. All incidents are reported to parents or guardians using an incident report.

  • No, staff are not permitted to store or administer medication. However, if case of an emergency for an allergic reaction the Camp Manager is authorized to administer an EpiPen. Please inform us if your child needs medication during their time with us and if they have known allergies.

  • No, campers are not allowed to use mobile devices during camp. We recommend leaving them at home. Edge Athletic Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced electronic devices or other valuables. Campers have a designated place for belongings, but these areas are not secured.
