FAQs

Account Creation and Enrollment

  • Yes, all participants must create an account with Edge Athletic Company. However, if you're a guest at a party, only a waiver is required.

  • Yes, you can pay onsite with our staff for drop-in sessions or if you decide to enroll in a membership after visiting.

  • No, we are a cashless business and do not accept cash or paper checks. We accept credit cards and ACH transactions.

  • We do not offer refunds on programs or memberships. However, you can receive account credit for future use.

  • Yes, you can manage party requests and facility reservations online. For specific inquiries, please call us at 984-439-0999 or email info@Edgeprograms.com.

Membership and Enrollment

  • Memberships are available and offer discounted pricing on programs, packages, and some rentals. However, non-members can also enroll in any of our programs.

  • No, there are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your membership with a 30-day notice, effective at the end of the following billing month.

  • Yes, you can pause your membership for up to three months for a $5.00 monthly fee. After three months, the membership will be canceled unless reactivated.

  • Email Info@edgeprograms.com to notify staff your intent to cancel or suspend your membership. Edge staff will send you a membership change request form. complete the acknowledgement form and return it to infor@edgeprograms.com and your membership status change will be effective after the next billing cycle.

    For example: if your membership renewal date is the 1st of the month and you request a pause or cancellation on the 28th of October the next auto payment on the 1st of November will be your last full payment and your membership status will change to paused or canceled on December 1st.

Safety and Policies

  • Yes, all coaches complete SafeSport certification annually. US Center for SafeSport

  • Some staff members are trained in CPR and the use of a defibrillator for emergencies.

  • Yes, we have first aid supplies for minor injuries. For more serious issues, parents or guardians will be notified promptly. All incidents are reported to parents or guardians using an incident report.

  • No, staff are not permitted to store or administer medication. However, if case of an emergency for an allergic reaction the Camp Manager is authorized to administer an EpiPen. Please inform us if your child needs medication during their time with us and if they have known allergies.

  • No, campers are not allowed to use mobile devices during camp. We recommend leaving them at home. Edge Athletic Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced electronic devices or other valuables. Campers have a designated place for belongings, but these areas are not secured.

  • At Edge Athletic Company, all athletes, campers, coaches, and guests are expected to uphold a strong code of conduct that reflects respect for staff, one another, and the facility. This includes treating all individuals with courtesy, using equipment responsibly, and maintaining the cleanliness of shared spaces. Reckless behavior, misconduct, or actions that result in damage—whether unintentional or negligent—will not be tolerated. relocation of equipment or damage cause to equipment or facility fixtures due to misuse or mishandling may result termination of rental agreement or loss of security deposit. Individuals responsible may also be asked to exit the facility and held financially accountable for repairs or replacements as needed.
